Ndinawe Mwandia serves as Head of the Procurement Unit at ZCGS Limited. She has over 10 years of experience in public procurement and supply chain management.

Prior to joining ZCGS, she worked as a Procurement Officer at the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC), gaining solid experience in public sector procurement operations and compliance.

She is a Chartered Procurement and Supply professional with the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS UK) and holds a Master of Science in Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Lusaka. She is a full Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS) and a member of the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MZIPS).

Mary Mumba serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ZCGS and is a certified expert in financial inclusion with over 26 years of experience in the banking sector.

She began her career at ZANACO before joining NATSAVE, where she spent 16 years in various senior roles, including Branch Manager, Regional Manager, Director–Credit, Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy Managing Director.

Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration and Development Studies from the University of Zambia, a Master’s Degree in Microfinance from the University of Bergamo in Italy, and an MBA from Business School Netherlands. Her additional qualifications include diplomas in Banking and Finance and Management, as well as certificates in financial inclusion and compliance management.

She is an alumna of Harvard Business School and the Swedish Institute Management Programme. Mary is also a member of the Institute of Directors Zambia, Zambia Institute of Bankers, Zambia Institute of Marketing, Institute of Credit Management South Africa, and the International Federation of University Women (IFUW).

Albert Edward Chivweta is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA UK), an Associate of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA), and an elected member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA UK). He holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance and has over 25 years of public service experience.

He has worked on the Project “Assistance to the Veterinary Services of Zambia (ASVEZA)” and served as Team Leader for the Regional Tsetse and Trypanosomiasis Control Programme, as well as on European Union–sponsored socio-economic surveys in Malawi, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. His career also includes roles as Accountant at St. Monica’s Girls Secondary School, District Accountant at the District Education Board Office, and Senior Accountant at the Provincial Administration Office of the President, Eastern Province under the Office of the Accountant General.

He is currently Manager Finance heading the Finance Unit at ZCGS Limited. He has also served as a part-time lecturer at the University of Zambia and is a member of the Wildlife and Conservation Society of Zambia.

Ms. Yvonne Yonda Changwe is the Head of Credit and Risk Management at ZCGS, with over 18 years of experience in banking and financial services, specialising in credit and risk management.

Prior to joining ZCGS, she worked at Zambia National Commercial Bank Plc in the Credit Department under the Risk Division as a Credit Manager. She has also worked at Pride Zambia and the Entrepreneurs Financial Centre, where she began her career in the financial sector.

Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from the Copperbelt University and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).

Internal Audit Manager

Edward Lungu is the Internal Audit Manager at ZCGS and a seasoned auditor with extensive experience in governance, risk and compliance, as well as internal controls. Prior to joining ZCGS, he worked at the Office of the Auditor General and the Zambia Electronic Clearing House Limited, gaining broad public and financial sector audit experience.

He is a Chartered Accountant with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) and holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Zambia. Edward is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) through ISACA. He is a Fellow of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Chisenga Lufungulo serves as Head of Business Development and Strategy at ZCGS and is a seasoned trade and investment policy analyst with over 13 years of experience in the field.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Zambia and a Master of Science in Trade Policy and Trade Law from Lund University in Sweden. Prior to joining ZCGS, he worked at the Zambia Development Agency (ZDA) as Manager Export Development and Business Development Specialist. Earlier in his career, he served with the Netherlands Development Organisation (SNV) as a Trade and Investment Officer on an apiculture project.

Chisenga is a council member of the Zambia Institute of Trade Policy (ZITP) and an associate member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing.

Julien holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing from Greenwich University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA General). She has over 12 years of experience in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).

Before joining ZCGS, she worked at the Zambian Open University as a Systems Administrator for 12 years, where she was responsible for managing and maintaining all university systems and ICT infrastructure. She is currently serving as the ICT Officer at ZCGS, supporting the organisation’s technology operations and systems management.

Sr. Human Capital & Admin Officer

Sepiso is a dynamic Human Capital Management professional with over 10 years of work experience and a strong background in human capital management, psychology, labour laws and diplomacy.

She currently serves as Head of Human Capital and Administration at ZCGS Limited. Prior to this role, she worked at the Food Reserve Agency (FRA), where she progressed from student attachment to various roles across Registry, Security and the Human Resource Unit, accumulating 12 years of institutional experience.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Zambia, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Capital Management, a Diploma in French, and has completed several short courses in Health and Safety. She was also part of the Zambian delegation at the 103rd International Labour Conference organised by the International Labour Organization (ILO).

Sepiso is a certified Full Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.
